It is a process for increasing absorbency, strength and lustre of the fabric by a physio-chemical treatment. This chemical treatment is occurred in two paths bypassing the fabric into an airing zone.

8. Roll Packing Machine
Using the Roll Packing Machine, instead of folding the finished fabric, we can roll the fabrics.
9. Zero Zero Machine
After the dyed fabric, this Sanfrizing Machine will control the shrinkage of the fabric and soften the finishing.
10. Chamber Stenter Oil Boiler
We can stretch the fabric according to our required width and dry the fabric through hot air with oil boiler steam.
11. Jigger Steam Boiler
In which we are dyeing and the bleaching the fabrics according to shade with fire wood boiler steam.
12. RO plant
In which we are treating the dyed water through ET & RO Plant with this and re-use the water for dyeing.
13. Laboratory
In which we preparing results for bulk dyeing.
14. 150 Inch Jumbo Jigger
In this Jigger, we can load double layer and get production double than the normal Jigger. For example, If we load 300 Kg in normal Jigger, in this 150 Inch Jigger we can load up to 800 Kg. This will lead to speed production.
